TECHNICAL FEATURES

FIELDS OF APPLICATION: Pneumatic, oil-hydraulics and hydraulics systems.

COMPRESSION FITTINGS: The fitting gripping and tightness system on the tube is performed by the universal olive compression on the tube, universal olive type our art.2940. The particular shape of the olive allows it to self-center between the nut and the fitting seat.

PIPES USED: For metal pipes :copper - brass - steel - aluminium etc. and plastic pipes:–Polyurethane (PU)- Polyethylene (PE)- Polyamide (PA) -Rilsan (PA11/12) –PTFE etc. with internal reinforcement (see our item 2745). Pipe’s diameter from 4mm until 18 mm.

WORKING PRESSURE: Maximum working pressure depend on the pipe’s features used.

Max. pressure suggested 60 BAR.

TEMPERATURE : The temperature depend on the pipe’s features used.

Temperature suggested: MAX +150°C

MATERIALS USED: Brass UNI EN 12164 CW 614N. Brass UNI EN 12165 CW 617N.

SURFACE TREATMENT: None/brass.

THREADS: Conical gas ISO 7 (BSPT) - DIN 2999 - BS 21.Cylindrical gas ISO 228 (BSPP)
